Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Manager to join our team at Jenn Nguyen and Friends. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient access and registration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of patient access functions and serve as liaison between the Shared Service Center and the facility.
  • Ensure Model AIDET guidelines are followed in all patient interactions and staff adherence to patient experience expectations.
  • Perform patient registration functions as needed to minimize wait times.
  • Follow up on patient complaints promptly and maintain employee productivity.
  • Responsible for department operations reports, FTEs, and operating budgets.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings and in-services for all responsible areas.
  • Assume on-call responsibilities to ensure adequate staff and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in patient access in an acute care setting.
  • Will consider clinical managers/practice managers with at least two years of experience.
