Position Summary

The Catering Server is responsible for providing outstanding service to guests at off-site events, ensuring a memorable experience through professionalism and a positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu offerings and wine selections.
  • Set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware, while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Efficiently clear and clean dining areas and return equipment to designated locations.
  • Transport food trays from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
  • Complete all assigned side work at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Assist bartenders as needed during events.
  • Adhere to exemplary food handling and safety practices at all times.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Bartending experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
