Job Summary

The Catering Server will provide exceptional customer service to guests at off-site events, ensuring a positive experience for all. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience
  • Knowledge of the menu and wine list, with the ability to make recommendations
  • Setup and clean tables, chairs, linen, china, silverware, and glassware
  • Clear and clean all tables, work areas, and dining rooms according to proper procedures
  • Carry heavy trays of food from the kitchen to the dining area
  • Perform all necessary side work as directed at the beginning and end of shift
  • Assist the bartender as needed
  • Maintain exemplary food handling and safety practices
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience serving prepared food to customers
  • Direct customer service experience
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Bartending experience preferred
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation

In accordance with state law, the base compensation for this role is $21.00 per hour. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
