Life Skills Specialist-Fairbanks Recovery Lodge

Job Summary
The Life Skills Clinician (LSC) plays a vital role in providing care coordination and life skills training and development to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, the LSC collaborates with others to monitor and provide care, including those with serious and persistent mental illness and chronic addiction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the care team to provide care coordination and life skills training and development
- Monitor and provide care to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Document services provided in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) based on policies and procedures
- Transport clients in personal vehicles when necessary
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Current Indiana Driver's License (Required)
- Two (2) years of social service experience in a volunteer or paid role (required)
