Position Overview:

As a vital member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the preparation of various food items, ensuring that all dishes are crafted with precision and care. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare assigned food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Handle and store food products safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: A minimum of six months experience in a high-volume kitchen is required. Familiarity with seafood preparation is a plus.

Skills: Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely, read and follow recipes, and communicate effectively in English.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds), and work in a fast-paced environment.
