Culinary Expertise

At Columbia Hospitality, we're seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Direct and supervise a team of cooks to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Conduct inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal kitchen stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of cooks to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
