Job Summary:

As a Dishwashing Specialist at Brookdale Senior Living, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen. This includes operating a dish washing machine to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and other food service equipment. You will also be responsible for keeping all food prep and service areas sanitary, emptying garbage, and sweeping/mopping kitchen floors. Additionally, you will assist with prep as needed and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

* Operate a dish washing machine to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and other food service equipment
* Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including food prep and service areas
* Empty garbage and sweep/mop kitchen floors
* Assist with prep as needed
