About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorships Business Development Manager to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating business revenue through prospecting and developing new and current partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential business partners through networking, lead generation, and market analysis.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent AEG at in-house events and off-site community events to promote our brand and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Manage and train the Partnership Activation Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
