We're seeking a passionate and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Logistics Division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

The Role:

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our growth strategy. You'll identify and nurture business opportunities, formulate and implement strategies to expand our customer base, and maximize revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, cultivating a diverse portfolio of prospective clients and key stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective sales techniques.
  • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Promote a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of business development experience, ideally within the transportation brokerage or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to effectively organize and analyze data, create reports and presentations, and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of the transportation brokerage sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
