Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough searches for job openings that match client qualifications and employer requirements
- Develop and maintain a network of local businesses to identify job opportunities and training initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with area businesses to ensure ongoing support and referrals
- Assist employers in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified applicants
- Stay up-to-date on local labor market trends and provide insights to our team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing, or recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and employers
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience in sales or outside sales
- Familiarity with the local community and knowledge of labor market trends
- Ability to work well in teams and independently, with a flexible schedule to accommodate events and deadlines
