Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Staffing Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in the coordination of recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, calendar management, and document preparation.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to source candidates and manage job orders.
- Update internal databases with candidate information, job orders, and new business leads.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication and timely updates.
- Assist with payroll and timesheet management as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the recruitment team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 1+ years of administrative or HR experience.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
