Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student records and archiving duties

  • Coordinate transportation logistics while ensuring student safety
  • Collaborate with the Budget Specialist for financial oversight
  • Administer P-Card and operational systems
  • Propose enhancements for operational procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in high-level customer service
  • Familiarity with procurement and expense management systems
  • Experience supervising front desk operations
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic office environment
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of state procurement systems
  • Proficient in managing records and customer service tools
  • Excellent communication and correspondence skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • Understanding of university and state procurement systems
  • Strong self-management capabilities
