We are looking for an Executive Assistant Coordinator to join our team at Alexandria City Public Schools. This role provides secretarial support to assigned Administrators or Departments, establishing and maintaining records, compiling and distributing materials and reports, and responding to inquiries from internal and external sources.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and activities to support Administrator/Department staff with operational tasks.
  • Maintaining files and records (manual/computer; confidential/non-confidential) to provide documentation in accordance with administrative and legal requirements.
  • Maintaining all monies collected for accurate school financial records of Activity Funds.
  • Monitoring departmental activities and program components to ensure goals are achieved, target dates are met, and financial, legal, and administrative requirements are satisfied.
  • Preparing written materials (reports, memos, letters) to document activities, provide written references, and convey information.
  • Responding to inquiries from internal and external parties to provide information, facilitate communication, and offer direction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Job-related experience within a specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility is preferred.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
