We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Arrow Senior Living. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing, and compliance.
  • Ensure efficient and safe operation of all departments.
  • Maintain resident satisfaction with community and apartment amenities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential environmental hazards and emergencies.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Certification and experience in HVAC highly recommended.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, and refurbishing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in apartment or multiple unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
  • Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Experience in senior housing preferred.
  • Leadership and supervision skills.
  • Working knowledge of current OSHA regulations.
