We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Investigator of Corrective Actions to join our team at Platinum Home Health Care. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality of home health services by investigating incidents involving home health aides.
About the Role:
- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, gathering relevant information and analyzing evidence.
- Provide objective evaluations to determine the accuracy and seriousness of reported incidents.
- Recommend and implement appropriate corrective actions, including counseling or disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of incident investigations.
What You'll Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in a related field are preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in common office software applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
