Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Logistics Transport Specialist to support the distribution of our premium wine and spirits products.

This role involves operating company vehicles while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining excellent customer relations.


Work Schedule:
Full-time, Tuesday to Friday, starting at 8:00 am until the completion of daily routes.

Compensation:
Eligible for a signing bonus after a designated probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to and comprehend verbal instructions from supervisors while executing tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety protocols established by the company.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure the successful completion of assigned duties.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant driving experience.
  • Possession of a clean driving record.
  • Non-CDL Class B license required.
  • Must be drug and alcohol-free in accordance with D.O.T. regulations.
  • Ability to pass a D.O.T. physical examination and/or hold a current D.O.T. medical card.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Capability to work up to 10 hours daily.
  • Ability to identify and differentiate products accurately.
  • Must manage loads exceeding 250 cases and complete over 20 delivery stops daily.
  • Proficient in completing necessary documentation in line with company policies.

Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities may include:

  • Working at heights.
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Lifting individual cases weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Handling a 2-wheeler with weights up to 250 pounds in various environments.
  • Frequent entry and exit of the vehicle throughout the day.
