Primary Responsibilities:
• Addressing recruitment and staffing requirements for diverse roles across various locations
• Conducting applicant screening, processing, and follow-up
• Maintaining and tracking data and reports as required by management
• Facilitating internal communications and processes
What We Provide:
• Incentive bonuses for recruiters – potential earnings of up to $400 monthly in addition to base salary
• Comprehensive benefits package including major medical, vision, and dental coverage, FSA, HSA, 401k, life insurance, and long-term disability
• Paid holidays and vacation time
• Full-time position requiring 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a fully onsite work environment.
