Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Analysis: Engage with potential clients to assess their needs, life goals, and insurance requirements
  • Presenting Insurance Options: Help clients understand their coverage options and benefits, enabling them to make informed decisions
  • Application and Documentation: Assist clients with the application process by guiding them through completing the necessary paperwork
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and regular check-ins
  • Sales and Performance Tracking: Actively pursue and follow up on leads provided, aiming to close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Life Insurance license not required but must be willing to obtain. License will be paid for by the company
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
  • Strong customer service, listening, presentation, and communication skills
