About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at WillScot. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by prospecting, generating leads, and closing orders for our range of products, including Complex Modular, Flex, Blast Resistant, Clearspan Structures, and other storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential customers within assigned markets or regions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Manage prospect reports and lead follow up to ensure all opportunities are being pursued.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with WillScot's product offerings and business objectives.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Present and explain WillScot's product solutions.
  • Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads into active customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Experience in the modular building industry or selling complex technical products is a plus.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
