Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to take on the role of Marketing Manager at BLR | HCI | CCMI. This position offers the opportunity to work flexibly across various marketing channels, aiming to engage potential clients and inform them about our services.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will spearhead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns designed to foster growth. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with diverse teams—including sales, content, design, and digital development—to drive both inbound and outbound marketing strategies in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and enhance marketing initiatives to stimulate growth, encompassing email marketing, direct outreach, digital marketing, webinars, telemarketing, and advertising strategies (SEO, SEM, and social media).
  • Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales, event coordination, content services, and digital development.
  • Utilize analytical tools to assess, interpret, and improve user engagement.
  • Contribute to content creation aimed at achieving inbound traffic objectives.
  • Assist in the formulation of lead nurturing strategies, which includes developing initial plans, overseeing email and landing page production, and managing sales communications.
  • Evaluate the return on investment for marketing activities and continuously refine promotional strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Business Insight: Understand the overarching business strategy and its implications, balancing immediate and long-term objectives while demonstrating a solid grasp of competitive dynamics and industry trends.
  • Accountability & Execution: Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently, optimizing existing processes, setting ambitious targets, tracking progress, and achieving results.
  • Passion & Enthusiasm: Articulate a compelling vision that inspires others, focusing on future opportunities and fostering creativity among team members.

Candidate Profile:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and high-profile clients.
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B and/or product marketing is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing management or comparable role.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
