Position Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of a Procurement Manager encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Overseeing the negotiation and management of substantial, organization-wide purchasing agreements with guidance from senior leadership.
  • Collaborating proactively with business and technical stakeholders to ascertain organizational requirements.
  • Conducting research to identify suitable supply sources.
  • Facilitating supplier selection processes through the management of formal RFP, RFQ, and RFI procedures.
  • Assessing the financial viability of prospective suppliers.
  • Executing necessary business analyses with a strategic emphasis on total cost of ownership.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for cost reduction and spearheading initiatives to achieve those savings.
  • Overseeing overall supplier performance, including serving as an escalation point for non-compliance issues.
  • Creating a strategic category plan informed by an understanding of business objectives, market conditions, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Proven expertise in the P2P process with the ability to identify suitable solutions for various spend categories.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement contract negotiation and management.
  • 5 years of experience with electronic procurement or contract solutions, specifically SAP Ariba.
