Job Title: Hospitality Specialist

At SpotOn, we're on a mission to empower local businesses to succeed. As a Hospitality Specialist, you'll be the face of our company in your community, helping restaurant owners and small business owners unlock their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners and merchants to promote our full product suite.
  • Travel to and from client sites within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish, working closely with our extended Sales Support team to hit sales targets.
  • Sell software and point-of-sale solutions, as well as payment processing, to help businesses grow and succeed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering against sales goals.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
  • Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus.
  • Able to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Ability to maintain and manage client relationships in collaboration with our internal support teams.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $50,000 and on-target earnings of $99,000.
  • Commissions paid daily for new accounts signed, bonuses earned for hardware and implementation, monthly production bonuses, and customer retention.
