Medical Director Opportunity at Hoag Health System

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Movement Disorders Program at Hoag Health System. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our program and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our Movement Disorders Program, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive program growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance our reputation as a regional leader in movement disorders healthcare.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with movement disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
  • Participate in clinical research and development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our medical staff, patients, and families, ensuring open communication and a patient-centered approach.

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Neurology with a strong background in movement disorders.
  • Eligibility for California State Medical licensure.
  • Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Hoag Hospital.
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
