Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive in Training to join our team at Bowlero Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our entertainment and hospitality centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center financial goals. Monitor labor costs and other expenses to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, planning, and organizing. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless execution.
  • Team Development: Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members to ensure proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards. Supervise direct reports, including Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers.
  • Performance Review: Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance and offer direction. Review profit and loss statements weekly/monthly and adjust the action plan accordingly.
  • Guest Experience: Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals. Ensure that customer complaints are resolved appropriately and that guests are completely satisfied.
  • Flexibility: Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by the center.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Strong team player with exceptional people development skills
  • Customer service pro with knowledge of POS register systems
  • Solid communication skills
