Position Summary

As a Membership Concierge, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and member/guest engagement. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills, build your professional network, and create a customized succession plan to realize your professional goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort
  • Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, creating extraordinary experiences
  • Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • Maintain updated knowledge to educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Assist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes, and transactions
  • Serve as the point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions
  • Engage in problem-solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Passion to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality
