Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary arts team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering and retail space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus for catering, retail services, special events, food truck, and themed promotions.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, menu selections, proper methods of service, and food safety.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all catering and retail operations are completed with the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper sanitation and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in professional kitchen management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or similar field.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certified Food Safety Manager.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong problem-solving skills.
