Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service and quality.
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes, working closely with our culinary team to create unique and delicious dishes.
- Manage kitchen expenses, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors to secure the best ingredients and products at competitive prices.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
