  • Collaborate with vendors to secure the best ingredients and products at competitive prices.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
