Head Chef

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to oversee our culinary operations and manage the daily functions of our catering and retail services. In this role, you will be tasked with designing menus, supervising staff, and ensuring that all culinary activities are executed to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan menus for catering, retail services, special events, food trucks, and themed promotions.
• Lead the catering and retail teams to maintain quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Train and supervise kitchen personnel in food preparation, menu choices, proper service techniques, and food safety protocols.
• Create visually appealing and innovative presentations for food offerings.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a professional kitchen.
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• ServSafe certification as a Food Safety Manager.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in menu creation and presentation.
• Capability to develop unique catering presentations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working within budget constraints.
