Maintenance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at SMC Corporation of America. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for performing general janitorial and light building maintenance duties.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent communication skills. They will also possess the ability to work well in a team environment and lift 50 pounds or greater.
Our company offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Estimated salary: $55,000/year
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and paint various structures
- Ensure the facility is swept, mopped, cleaned, and/or polished
- Keep bathrooms and break rooms cleaned and stocked during normal production hours
- Remove snow from walkways and steps using all means provided and necessary
The work environment will expose employees to the following elements: Noise, Heat, Cold, Dust, Oil, Grease, Sunlight. The work environment will also expose employees to working in industrial lifts, at heights above 30 feet.
