Job Title: Cleanliness Specialist - Fitness Club

About the Role:
Crunch Fitness is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our fitness club. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our members.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting all areas, including equipment and locker rooms.
* Ensure all trash and recyclables are properly disposed of and kept at bay.
* Restock paper products, soap, and other necessary supplies as needed.
* Perform deep cleans of equipment and high-touch areas regularly.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive working relationship.

Physical Demands:
* Stand for long periods and walk frequently throughout the club.
* Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift heavier items with assistance.
* Push, pull, and move heavy equipment as needed.
* Work in a fast-paced environment with moderate exposure to hazards and physical risks.

Requirements:
