CNC Machine Operator

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Noblesville, IN. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of prior experience in machine operation and a strong understanding of automation principles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work instructions related to machining are followed, adhering to department work instructions, and maintaining a detail-oriented environment. They will also be required to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, conduct preventative maintenance, and execute basic to advanced workflow tasks on established SMC systems.
In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. You will also be expected to adhere to quality management system standards and maintain high-quality machined parts within tolerance.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to department work instructions and maintain a detail-oriented environment
- Troubleshoot routine equipment breakdowns and conduct preventative maintenance
- Execute basic to advanced workflow tasks on established SMC systems
- Maintain high-quality machined parts within tolerance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of prior experience in machine operation
- Strong understanding of automation principles and quality management systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
