About This Role

The Enrollment Support Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for our clients. This role requires a high level of expertise in the entire enrollment process, from initial setup to final completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the entire enrollment process, including EDI transactions and client onboarding.
  • Facilitate enrollments for new and existing clients, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruptions.
  • Track and follow up with clients, payers, and intermediaries to ensure all enrollments are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks under aggressive time constraints, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by management, within the area of responsibility and control.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate professionalism in communicating with clients and payers, both written and verbally.
  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of resourcefulness and adaptability.
  • Consistently demonstrate reliability and accountability for actions and decisions.
  • Experience in provider/payer EDI enrollment is preferred, but not required.
