The Enrollment Support Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the enrollment process and provide expert guidance to clients
- Facilitate enrollments for new and existing clients, ensuring timely completion of all EDI transactions
- Track and follow-up with clients, payers, and intermediaries to ensure successful enrollment outcomes
- Prioritize multiple tasks under aggressive time constraints, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management, within the area of responsibility and control
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism in communicating with clients and payers, both written and verbally
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
- Consistently reliable and accountable for actions and decisions
- Experience in provider/payer EDI enrollment is preferred, but not required
