About This Role

The Enrollment Support Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the enrollment process and provide expert guidance to clients
  • Facilitate enrollments for new and existing clients, ensuring timely completion of all EDI transactions
  • Track and follow-up with clients, payers, and intermediaries to ensure successful enrollment outcomes
  • Prioritize multiple tasks under aggressive time constraints, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management, within the area of responsibility and control
Requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism in communicating with clients and payers, both written and verbally
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Consistently reliable and accountable for actions and decisions
  • Experience in provider/payer EDI enrollment is preferred, but not required
