Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze prospects and develop the Corporate Strategy / M&A pipeline by mapping and analyzing opportunities across various deal types.
  • Support the due diligence process, including business, financial, and cross-functional components, for all types of deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute deal opportunities and support negotiations.
  • Contribute to the long-range strategic plan, providing insights on key capital structure, spend, and value creation decisions.
Qualifications
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and experience with three-statement financial models.
  • Exposure to M&A due diligence processes, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
