Product Management Director for Strategic Partnerships

As a Product Management Director for Strategic Partnerships, you'll drive data product partnerships, create and deliver presentations to pitch product offerings and partnerships, and develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.

You'll collaborate with the Sales organization, provide references to new opportunities, and own customer satisfaction and retention within assigned accounts.

Work with customers and account teams to establish critical goals and key performance indicators, and aid the customer in achieving their goals through their lifecycle.

Act as a liaison between Product Management and our Customers, focusing on feature collaboration and working with implementation partners to achieve overall satisfaction with the solution.

Qualifications:

This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving product partnerships.

Product Management experience and/or Corporate development in SaaS companies is essential, along with knowledge of customer service management, customer self-service, customer community, and knowledge management processes and technologies.

Highly data-driven with a commitment to driving customer engagement towards business outcome and value realization.

Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
