Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve new business production targets as set forth.
  • Generate new business through various channels including phone outreach and networking.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
  • Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
  • Engage in prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.
  • Utilize various methods for prospecting including referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and receptive to coaching.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent work environment.
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing is advantageous.
  • Possess strong listening and closing skills.
