Join Infosys as a Senior SAP FICO Solutions Architect

This role is integral to our consulting team, tasked with identifying and articulating client challenges, assessing potential solutions, and providing informed recommendations. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive design documents, architectural frameworks, and process blueprints, as well as executing deployment strategies. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure our clients derive maximum value from our consulting services in a dynamic global environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, a combination of three years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology is essential.
  • This position may necessitate travel and/or relocation.
  • U.S. citizens and individuals authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Current sponsorship is not available.

Desirable Qualifications


• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, including problem identification, architectural design, and process detailing.


• A minimum of 7 years of experience specifically in SAP FICO.


• Proven experience in Development, Configuration, Solutions Evaluation, Validation, and Deployment for at least 7 years.


• Demonstrated SAP project implementation experience in SAP FICO, with integration across various process areas for at least 7 years.


• Functional and technical proficiency in SAP applications, with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations of SAP FICO.


• Experience in at least two end-to-end implementation projects in a client-facing role as a Principal Consultant.


• Strong expertise in SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA, particularly in Finance, Controlling, and Accounting, along with a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance.


• Awareness of upcoming changes in SAP FICO with SAP S/4HANA, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and developing expertise in the latest SAP financial technologies.


• Hands-on experience and knowledge in the design, configuration, and testing of core Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO).


• Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing, Actual Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.


• Understanding of key integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including COPA, ML, New GL, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, and T&E.


• Experience in SAP FICO Reporting and Allocations is advantageous.


• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and ABAP development/debugging is a plus.


• Experience working on S4HANA RFPs as a Functional Consultant is beneficial.


• SAP product certifications are an asset.


• A solid understanding of business processes within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.


• Knowledge of GXP and SOX requirements, with experience in a validated environment.


• Strong analytical and communication skills.


• Experience in project and talent management.


• A willingness to work in a management consulting environment that may require regular travel.
