Responsibilities:
  • Provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Install new heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Ensure all work is completed to company standards and meets customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Experience with heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Knowledge of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NATE certification.
  • Universal EPA certification.
  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical school.
  • 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
