YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:


The Wellness Client Care Specialist 2 (WCCS2) plays a vital role at AHF by providing a welcoming and supportive presence to individuals seeking HIV testing, prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment within our Wellness Clinics.

The WCCS2 position is a hybrid role that offers courteous, confidential, and professional assistance to clients engaged in wellness programs.

AHF promotes a collaborative organizational structure where staff members are accountable to multiple leaders.


The WCCS2 will collaborate within a close-knit team to focus on comprehensive patient care by gathering medical histories, managing tests/screenings, recording vital signs, and addressing health concerns.

They will facilitate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and electronic chart creation. Proficiency in data documentation, including referrals and reports, is required.

A valid phlebotomy license or medical assistant certification is necessary, along with skills in venipuncture and sample collection, including blood and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory analysis.


LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid Phlebotomy license or MA certificate.
