As a Conveyor Equipment Specialist, you will play a critical role in assembling and testing conveyor equipment, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Testing: Assemble discrete conveyor equipment by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all assembled equipment meets quality and safety standards.
  • Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment such as shears, brakes, saws, milling machines, and fabrication equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues with equipment and processes, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a role involving assembly and testing.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of electrical procedures, strong mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Experience: Previous experience working in a Lean environment.
  • Mechanical Assembly: At least one year of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Conveyor Line Applications: Familiarity with all forms of conveyor line applications.
