Job Title: Discrete Aftermarket Account Manager

At ECI Software Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Discrete Aftermarket Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities for additional software and services by staying in routine contact with our customer base via phone, online meeting, and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong understanding of ECI products and services, and communicate the value to the customer base effectively.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers within your customer base.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage with customers, understand their business needs, and present our software solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Experience selling to manufacturing customers and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
