Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff in the MENA region, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our programs.
  • Develop and implement a regional strategy that aligns with our global goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and government officials to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of our programs in the region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Represent International Christian Concern in the region, promoting our mission and values to local communities and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a humanitarian or development context.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East and North Africa region, including its cultural, political, and social dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex challenges.
