We are seeking a full-time specialist in Anesthesiology to join our team at our Largo Medical Center.

In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered health care through an industry-leading health care delivery model.

Our physicians have access to advanced technological tools and receive comprehensive practice support.

As a new hire, you may be eligible for a $150,000.00 forgivable loan or $150,000.00 in student loan repayment.

MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the complexities of multiple insurers or fee-for-service.

Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, allowing you to treat the whole patient.

What You Can Expect:

  • This position is listed as a 0.8FTE, equivalent to 32 hours per week.
  • Case Mix: Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP. No open hearts or trauma.
  • To work on average 40-45 hours a week, with the option to work more for extra pay or time off.
  • Call approximately 1:7 weekdays and an average of 1 weekend call per month.
  • Guaranteed post-call day off.
  • Minimal CRNA supervision.
  • Supportive environment for professional growth and leadership opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MD or DO.
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia.
  • Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

The starting annual salary for this position is $360,000, considering an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
