We invite current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our prestigious RN Residency Program at Providence Medford Medical Center. This exceptional opportunity provides real-world acute care experience under the guidance of experienced preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.

The program is designed to equip new graduate nurses with the foundation and support necessary to excel in their specialty. Through a structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience, you'll develop the skills and confidence to thrive in this challenging yet rewarding field.

You will have the opportunity to work in various units, including Medical Surgical - Cardiac Telemetry - Clinical Decision Unit - Inpatient Rehab - Float Pool, and enjoy flexible scheduling with rotating weekends. Eligible candidates can receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Our salary range for this position is $39.74-$62.36 per hour, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
