Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced nurses to join our team as RN Residents at Providence Medford Medical Center. As an RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced acute care environment while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced preceptors.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or new nurse with less than 12 months of experience, eager to learn and grow in their career. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and committed to your professional development, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of experienced preceptors
  • Participate in structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences
  • Develop skills and knowledge in areas such as critical thinking, communication, and leadership
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
