About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Medical Surgical Unit nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Salary Range: $39.74 - $62.36 per hour, plus shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, and bonuses available.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions, report changes or concerns to physicians, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions about patient care.

Requirements:

- Current RN license in Oregon (or Washington) and national certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN).
- 1+ year of experience in an acute-care setting, preferably in medical-surgical or ICU units.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
