We are seeking a dedicated Senior Nurse Caregiver Health Specialist to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, this role will be responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services to ensure the well-being of our caregivers.

Job Description

This position is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in acute hospital settings to apply their skills and knowledge to support the health and wellness of our caregivers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year experience as an RN in an acute hospital setting or similar nursing experience
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $48,374 - $74,416 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits, and much more.
