Job OverviewThe RN Resident PMMC role is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.
This residency program will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty, allowing you to learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including Medical Surgical - Cardiac Telemetry - Clinical Decision Unit - Inpatient Rehab - Float Pool at Providence Medford Medical Center.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from $39.74 to $62.36 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
In addition to these qualifications, we prefer candidates with National Certification in their area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
