Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services
- Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Process sales transactions accurately

- Collaborate with delivery personnel and vendors

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

- Valid driver's license is necessary
