Key Duties:

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Analyze financial reports and manage budgets to meet profitability objectives
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clientele
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to maintain competitiveness

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a service center manager or in a comparable leadership role within an auto service environment
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive services and repairs
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
  • Proficiency in utilizing automotive shop management software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • ASE certification or similar qualifications are advantageous
